WORKGRID, POLICIES

Terms of Use

Current standard policy

Using WorkGrid

These terms describe use of the WorkGrid website and company workspaces. Use the service only for authorized business purposes and follow any applicable agreement between your company and the WorkGrid operator.

Accounts and company authority

Use only an account you are authorized to access. Keep sign-in details, invitation links and QR badges private. Company owners and administrators manage workspace access and policies; managers and employees act within the permissions assigned to them. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Acceptable use

Do not access another company's records, impersonate another person, falsify time punches, share another person's badge, distribute harmful content or interfere with the service. Upload and send only information you have authority to provide. Respect other users' privacy and applicable laws.

Company responsibilities

Your company is responsible for its employment decisions, schedules, attendance decisions, pay and leave policies, record accuracy and legal obligations. WorkGrid applies the rules configured in the workspace. Gross-pay figures are calculations for review, not a substitute for tax withholding, payroll processing or professional advice. Review records and resolve errors before relying on or exporting them.

Communications and integrations

Invitations, recovery links and notifications depend on configured email services and delivery. Custom domains, mapping and other optional integrations depend on their providers and company configuration. Check important actions and records in the workspace rather than relying only on a notification.

Availability, changes and access

Features and access may change as the service is maintained. Interruptions may occur; keep appropriate copies of important exported business records. Access may be restricted for security, misuse or according to your company or service agreement. Existing contractual and legal recordkeeping obligations still apply.

Content and rights

Your company retains its rights in the records and materials it provides. WorkGrid may process those materials to provide and support the service. The WorkGrid software and branding remain subject to their owners' rights; these terms do not transfer ownership of them.

Questions and updates

Contact your company administrator for workspace access or employment matters, and WorkGrid support for service questions. Website visitors can use the workspace request form. The current terms and their update date are published on this page. Any applicable signed service agreement and mandatory legal rights take priority over conflicting general wording here.
